		<description>This is great news for the quarter pounder with cheese.  It is about time this delicious staple received such a healthy report when compared to an Arby&#039;s market fresh sandwich.

On a serious note though, isn&#039;t alarming  How bad all of this stuff is, even the things that are advertised as a healthier choice?  I thought I heard at one time the salads that McDonalds offers as a healthy alternative on their menu are worse in fat and calories than some of their burgers and sandwiches.

Don&#039;t be fooled by these places just because it has a green piece of lettuce in it!!!!</description>
